Why do the Eagles offensive line stand up before every play and look back, then quickly set only to get blown by for a tackle for a loss?

The sixers were a better team when VJ AND Maxey were scoring at a high volume and everyone else on the court was supporting that.

Watching the Panthers do some simple crap the Eagles can’t figure out - setting an edge to run from with a competent TE, rolling the QB into a designed run off play action - makes it all the more maddening.

Can you explain the reason why almost every offensive snap some offensive lineman on the Eagles stands up and makes some call? Doesn’t seem like other teams do that. Rather the other teams have receivers and tight ends in motion, and we have linemen standing up and everyone else standing still.
