Murdering the driver doesn’t stop the car. If the car was the imminent threat they claimed, the agent would be dead. The fact that the car kept moving forward without injuring the agent proves it was not a threat at all.

If only there was some sort of consumer protection agency, or bureau that could regulate financial products.
