I printed my 10y/o son a chess board, he had so much fun picking out the colors and pieces he wanted. Once it was finished then we of course played a game with it together. Listening to cozy music at night near our lit Christmas tree. My favorite use of #3dprinting is things to use with my family.

USS Voyager 3D Print. Incredibly happy with how this model turned out! The nacelles even rotate up for warp! The print profiles were great and I did very minimal cleanup. Super excited to print some of the other ships too!

Been printing some fidget toys for a local therapists office. They’re all small easy prints so they’re fun to do in between bigger projects. It also lets me use up filaments that only have small amounts left so that’s nice.

Days of printing but it’s finally done! The BLV AMS Riser! Printed with white and black PETG, as well as black TPU for the gaskets. Absolutely stoked with how it turned out! I’m super glad I stuck with it despite the long print times. Highly recommend the model.

Doing my first TPU print! I installed a Y Splitter for the external spool so I don’t need to disconnect the AMS, and I’m really happy how it turned out. So now I’m printing from my dryer to keep things super dry during the print. Never printed TPU before. Wish me luck! 😅

Currently halfway through an 18 hour print, part 1 of many, with Bambu PETG-HF. I’m printing the BLV AMS Riser. It’s a big print but I love all the features. I dried my filament so it’s looking ✨crisp✨.

No suggestions yet so here’s what I’ve got so far. My dashboard is all bubble cards because I love the look. I added a card with some “current status” info like percent complete, nozzle temp, and current layer. Also a button in the header to toggle the chamber LED. Pretty happy so far.

This is Stardrop. She’s a shelter cat we adopted a couple months ago. She has been so shy, mostly staying under our bed observing. She has finally started venturing down to the main floor and discovering the fun down there, including a window right next to a bird feeder. She’s a total sweetheart.
