When people talk about the struggles of having a newborn they tend to talk about the same 3 things over and over. But the true worst part? There’s always a random spot on your shirt that’s a little bit damp.

Sara is one of the best people I’ve ever worked with and is now just a dear friend of mine. She also has a really interesting journey to the current place in her career. Check out her story 👇

"Embrace the tools you use (even if you don't love them)"

My first blog post in over 2 years! It's about a big lesson I've learned working on the Laravel Cloud team and having to use - spoiler alert - React.

I had a ton of fun talking to Joe last month about my side project, TellyDraft, which just passed 60k total users. Check it out if you're interested in the behind-the-scenes of the last 7 years we've spent building it. Thanks @joe.codes for inviting me on and being a great host!

Does Horizon do this weird thing for anyone else? It's fine on initial load and when you click around, but if you refresh the browser it 500 errors until you manually change the URL back to /horizon.

Dave's talk is great and worth watching. He's also the chillest person I've ever seen on stage. There is 0% difference between stage Dave and the Dave you grab a pizza with. The man is chill. It's something to behold.

A month ago my side project launched for its 8th year. In the last month it’s gained an additional 9,500 users, pushing the total since 2018 over 60k. It’s one of those things I want to talk about more often but it’s hard to find the time or solidify what to take away from it.
