I saw a live performance (the only live performance?) at Sheffield City Hall, including Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfast, with sausages fried on stage.

Manchego is one of the great cheeses of the world. Eggs in a multitude of forms, tortilla of course, also revueltos a sort of lumpy scramble. The heavy bean and pork stew, Fabada Asturiana, best eaten after hiking on a cold day in the Picos mountain range. Fresh seafood washed down with fino sherry.
