We suggested long ago that swarming had the characteristics of a lek. This study strengthens that. Can you draw some clear parallels with this study? Do you plan to write up and publish?

SA did not look burnt out against France, nor did Argentina when fired up by Santi Carreras - but Australia have other problems. Dare I say it? England do look good.

Migrating at night reduces the risk of predation and overheating and there's less air turbulence. Artificial lighting is one of the biggest threats to birds - collision with buildings, disorientation.
I tend to paint biological subjects when my landscapes are even worse than usual! I should do more.

If you haven't discovered it already, night walks are good for migrating birds, or just standing by an open bedroom window before you turn in.

Beautiful. It has the subtle colours and light of 19C watercolour, if you know what I mean by that sweeping generalisation!

The NZ bench is not exactly lightweight. Both sides can make big plays but NZ historically more clinical. Drop goals get points and could unsettle NZ and open the defence.
