about the issue, and with the average reading level in the US being 5th grade level, I don’t think the hopes were high. I think even if they could’ve proven it, his supporters would’ve denied it. Congress and the supreme court have also clearly been bought so idk how they could’ve changed anything.😫

I think there were obviously differences (i.e. Musk’s involvement), but I think dems were too worried about breaking down the integrity of the election process regardless of how clear it is to so many of us. But this would have also relied on the mass public’s ability to think critically and loudly

I can’t say with any authority what the answer is, but I would wager that because Trump claimed this in 2020 and dems spent so long arguing that our election system is secure, they didn’t think they could walk that back and say oh now that we lost, it’s actually not secure.
