(9/9) This album was a wonderful experience full of emotion and artful choices, and honestly, some tracks should probably be listened to multiple times to fully appreciate all the details.

Very well done! ✨

(8/9) "Butterfly Breathing Pt. II (Thank you, I love you)" is such a soundscape infused with the influences of Bowie, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Leonard Cohen. The reverb and the wistful emotion of it make it seem like it's playing in an empty, cavernous house full of memories.

(7.2/9) There's thoughtful bass, tons of texture and emotion, and at one point, a violin comes in, and it's devastating. Words aren't enough, you just have to listen to it. This is most people's favorite song from the album, and now I know why.

(7.1/9) "There is a place in the universe where you and I can fly faster than light" has a really powerful and beautiful intro that makes you feel like something special is about to happen, because it is.

(6/9) "Butterfly Breathing Pt. I (Take my hand)" has such a massively spacious sound, with a wonderful variety of textures to pick up on. The bass melody is lovely and expressive, and the bassline is one you can feel in your bones.

(5/9) "Looming" sounds like Nine Inch Nails at the foothills of a Martian volcano. Very cool.

(4/9) The title track is at times eerie and meditative, but contains a gritty Bowie quality reminiscent of "I'm Afraid Of Americans" and "Lazarus".

(3/9) "Across Fields & Reservoirs" gives me big Smashing Pumpkins "1979" vibes, which is great.

(2/9) I was about halfway through track 3 when I thought "This sounds like a cavern", and then I saw the title is "Caverns" lol. At times, it reminds me of something from an N64 game, which I love.

I appreciate and accept the apology.

Have a good night.

My reply was obviously a joke.

Recommending making $0 as a way of avoiding the fee is a comically extreme solution like recommending someone become a nudist to avoid having to do laundry.

Nobody's gaslighting or accusing anyone.

This is why I don't fucking talk to people.

A good work-around for issues like this is to never make music sales.

If there's no revenue, there's no 15% for them to take.

I've been on Bandcamp for years and this method has worked wonderfully for me. 😀 👍 😭

I hope "Check out our cadmium deposits" ends up on the welcome sign people see as they enter Ontario LOL.

I'm delighted (and ashamed that it took me this long) to learn you're one of DK's voice actors! 🍌
