Life has been pretty hectic lately. I’m struggling to find a minute to spare but I needed to post a blog to keep my streak alive. I wrote this sitting on a plane using the spare time wisely. I thought I might do a traditional blog about what I’m up to and my plans for the year.

Gerschler fartlek last night. First time doing speedwork in months. It was hard but I was surprised that I was able to hold on so well. One day I will achieve even splits but it's so hard with this one!
