How to tell someone lives all day in Claude Code - thinking in Context Windows as a measure of complexity

Legit, we're going to need Claude the Code Reviewer to get harsher and look deeper. This is getting automatic now with Sonnet 4.5/Codex and our established workflows! 🤣

Big News!

I left Meta last month to start a company with my brother, Tom Fernandez (ex-Netflix / Amazon Principal Eng … and for those that know us personally — finally 😂)

Our company is Codename, and the product we’re building is New June @newjunehq

Excited to see what Anthropic’s 4.5 model can do, but I have to admit I find these releases to be somewhat unsettling.

Like… it’s already SO good, and these releases are just going to keep coming.

tldr: I got sick of waiting for CC so I created a tool that let me work across 3-5 Claude Code sessions in yolo mode simultaneously.

After using it for a few days, I can clearly see the future of work - less waiting, more productivity, higher quality AI output, more time spent on what matters most.

How wild is it that we went from “AI beats Human” as the sensational headline to “Human beats AI” as the sensational headline in seemingly no time at all

I'm very proud of this.

One thing I know about myself is that I'll never be accused of thinking too small.

Last night vibe coded a mini apps for Golf practice games -- super fun.

So many golfers have their own little mini games they create for practice.

Would be cool to let people vibe code their own games from within the app.

Make it easy to use gps, accel/gyro, voice, make it easy to share, etc.

What is true Accountability?

This is one of lessons I learned as a PM Lead at Amazon (8.5 yrs) that I believe made me a better leader and human being.

Accountability is complete ownership of outcomes. Not "accepting blame".

* AI Output: Share brain dump + prompt with AI to structure to identify actions and propose proactive actions for yourself.

Insanely helpful for starting the day (or ending it!).

Use the same AI Thread so it has context of your previous updates.

I find it really really hard to imagine an AI Coding Agent so much better than what we have today w/Claude/Cursor (not to mention the next 6-12 months) that companies would willingly pay $10k per month for it.

Just one week away from the second annual inaugural Palm Springs golf trip (Scottsdale edition) with the boys. (sorry, inside joke)

Life is good. Feeling very grateful this morning.

• New AI SDK supports Web Actions - specify how to take actions on your website, and Alexa will navigate it. Cloud browser supporting auth?

Kinda wild to think about. Companies posting job listings for AI Agents?

I clipped this @SahilBloom quote and read it (amongst others) every morning.

It really captured how my perspective on life has been changing.

I may not be at or close to my "vision" for myself/my life right now, but that is actually expected.

Humans are creatures of habit. If a product doesn't solve a problem for them specifically, it is *work* to create the motivation to use that product.

First, don't beat yourself up. It's natural to not be motivated to use a product that doesn't solve a problem for you specifically.

When you pay attention to what people are building it is mind blowing. Every single day new products/tools. You can definitely feel the excitement.

And I keep asking myself - if you went back in time and had all the skills you have now, with the knowledge of how things would pan out ...

🪓 Introducing Hunter

I've been coding a ton in 2024—especially these last few months—and I wanted to actually ship something by year’s end.

My main side project ended up being far too ambitious to hit a 2024 launch, but I kept going -- coding at least an hour every day.
