They can be very... scatterbrained... when it comes to promotional material (labeling posts, getting the metadata right on their website so link previews show the right thing, making sure launches go smoothly etc). Products are great, absolutely. But... Yeah.

Always nice to hear that someone has a similar story. Took 7 years myself, stopped when I kind of plateaued at a certain skill threshold and wasn't improving into the next one. Other than joining school/local bands (for percussion, not piano) I now mostly just dabble as a hobby every now and then
