Once again, governments have failed to reach agreement on a treaty to reduce plastics pollution. The US, Russia, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries would not accept a deal that limitied plastic production. Others chose no deal over their bad deal.

I would argue it should reflect the science rather than the industry view!

3. Be part of the Brazilian government and get the military to let you sleep in their houses
