There are many important recommendations in the HoL report, not least of which is not to be complacent about the strength of the rule of law in the UK.

Today, the #HouseofLords published its awaited report examining the state and quality of the #RuleOfLaw in the UK.

The report highlights with concern the weakening of this foundational value, and calls on Government and politicians to take stronger action to defend it.
