You know what a pocketbook issue is for me? Not having myself or friends or neighbors attacked by ICE. My ability to spend or make money is affected by the presence of masked scum causing terror. A kitchen table issue for me is not having lunatics come into my home & over turn my kitchen table.

Agree but who would replace them? Absolutely no one seems interested in taking over their leadership jobs. Why aren't those who style themselves as progressive not gunning for these positions? I don't get it.
We have to get rid of Jeffries and Schumer. We have to. It’s unendurable that these men are the most prominent Democrats of the moment. They are two of the most broadly undistinguished men I could imagine in politics, zero fire, zero fight, zero zeal, machine politicians with sinecures.

One of the biggest concerns I have about ICE coming to my city is having to talk to my neighbors. The point of living in a big city is not knowing who the hell these people are.
