although thinking on, I guess in cricket you can only lose one 'point' and that's game over. maybe it's like a) tossing a coin to get 50 heads but if you get 5 tails in a row at any point you lose, vs b) rolling a 50-sided die 50 times but if you roll a single 1 you lose

got to be even more wild when scaled by the difficulty of the requirement though? like a tennis player will win ~50% of points against an equally matched opponent but a good bowler only has something like a 1-2% chance per ball of bowling a good batsman?
