To celebrate we are going to delay Donkey Kong Bananza slightly to January 1st. And tomorrow we are going to be playing Donkey Kong Country 3 instead! Because of course I want a retro game to be the first game I play as part of the retro club. DKC3 has that nice Christmas code which will be fun!

This week I finished both Kirby & The Forgotten Land and Terminator 2D, which means we will be starting two new playthroughs next week. And I'm going with Donkey Kong Bananza and Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore!

Kirby & The Forgotten Land was fun, but not quite my style. I personally like my platformers to have some speed and challenge in them. But of course with this being a Kirby game that was never something I expected from it.

Finished Metroid Prime 4 this morning. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Though it doesn't quite hold up to the first game in my opinion.

Unfortunately our dog, Frodo, has passed away last Thursday. For the time being her emotes will still be up on Twitch. I'm leaving it up to Miek on whether we keep them or not, as she was ultimately her dog.
I'm unsure on if the planned stream today will go on. I will see how I feel later.
