Sometimes I think comic books and Saturday morning cartoon villain group names are too over the top, then I remember that a group called "The National Crime Syndicate" that had a subgroup called "Murder, Inc" was active for like a decade.

New media feels both too much and too little, like everything is both only an 8-10 episode "prestige" season that's over before it gets going and you have to wait 4 years for season 2 AND comes with all this other material you get assigned like homework you're expected to keep up with.
