"I did it. I threw the sandwich."
"fuck the billionaires" > "strong floor, no ceiling"

It absolutely needs to be an issue in the primaries. No Dem candidate can advance who doesn't agree to vote on six new justices in a Dem administration.

If this is "eve" of the election, they're setting it up to invalidate CA, VA and other Dem counter-gerrymanders to come.

That ticker at the end…

“Fuck the billionaires” is the message, and you can dress that up left, center, or right as needed per district without betraying the core principle.

What, you don’t have a “coat bath” in your house?
December 1, 2025 at 11:41 PM
It's insane how "centrist" Dems look over at collapsing Starmer government and want to follow the same playbook.

Here's a slogan to sweep elections and bring prosperity: "Fuck the billionaires!"
November 30, 2025 at 8:03 PM
They’re looking at the Starmer playbook and want some of that sweet, sweet 19% approval rating.

He’s shown that he’s willing to use his unlimited pardon power to perform “unofficial acts” by proxy.

You’re gonna see MORE of this the more unpopular he gets. They’ll take the easy way out and not fight because they think the incoming Dem administration will give them the money back. Dems should publicly disabuse the folders of that notion.
November 29, 2025 at 2:18 AM
Ironically, the more unpopular Trump gets, the more institutions and elites will bow down to him and decide to "ride out the storm" until Dems get back into power. They have no fear of consequences of aiding and abetting his regime - Dems need to spell them out.

Translation: Billionaires threaten to shoot the hostage if we stop giving them our money.

I hear Hunter Biden sold a painting once.
November 24, 2025 at 1:19 AM
I was reliable told that you have to vote for Cuomo to stave off Trump's wrath.

It's always "advisors", never Trump himself.

Apparently the editors had a hell of a time piecing together enough footage to make him seem competent.

None of the pretenders to the throne have his "good at business" aura from The Apprentice either. (And will likely inherit his tariffs stink.)

Unexpected boon to computer gaming as dirt cheap high-end GPUs hit the used market?

I’d buy a Quiet Car pin.

Did they leave the gun?
November 19, 2025 at 5:00 PM
The horrible messaging was what enraged Dems the most. You have the base turning out 7 million people for protests and deliver double-digit margins in Tuesday's elections, and then the Senate leadership trots out a fossil like King on the news shows to say "standing up to Trump doesn't work".
November 19, 2025 at 3:09 PM
She should have doubled-down.

“You’re goddam right I’m going after price gougers, and I’m gonna make sure they do time!”

He never saw himself as elected to a public office. In his mind he acquired America.

Thomas Paine proposed a top marginal rate of 100%. “There ought to be a limit to property ... The aristocracy has screened itself too much,” he wrote, and this tax would “restore a part of the lost equilibrium.”

The case for taxing billionaires is older than you think
A wealth tax, with a top rate of 100%, is common sense.
