I can understand the issue with Brosnan’s character tho. You’re not alone. Apparently, he got a lot of criticism for the accent which is funny because he is Irish. I guess it’s some regional dialect. Let me know what you think when you finish it. 👍

Agreed on The Gentleman. Probably my fav Guy Ritchie movie since Snatch/LS&TSB. I liked the series too.

Also, I should probably clarify, the characters are undeniably awful people. The performances were great though.

It doesn't have quite the level of wit and humor as other Guy Ritchie projects but that doesn't detract from the show. It was really good and I hope they do more seasons.

At first, I liked Maeve but was pretty impartial to Conrad. They both ended up stealing the show for me though! Don't get me wrong, Tom Hardy as Harry is great but those other two are just next level nutty.

Since EM took over the site, my engagement has tanked. I've never cared much about it but it just made the decision that much easier. Aside from the people, there just aren't many other redeeming qualities on that platform and it won't be getting better.

@andyblarsen.bsky.social did some analytic testing on engagement between the two platforms the results were pretty surprising. More followers over doesn’t always = more engagement.
