Okay, Roosevelt (I'm assuming Teddy, not FDR) was certainly a scrappy guy, but I actually feel like Ulysses S. Grant was equally tough physically AND a better strategist. (I'd be rooting for Grant in this Hunger Games, which I think means I too would pay to see it!)
