I bought my ex a bracelet that sends an alarm if he falls (he lives alone and has dizzy spells). It is linked to my phone. So on my last trip to Australia, I am woken at 2 AM by a siren going off next to my bed. I call him on the bracelet, in panic. He dropped it while putting it on the charger! 🤯

Oh, you don't get rid of me soooo easily! I will be back in 2027. Unfortunately for Germany, I have 3 dive trips planned for 2026 which would mean it would be German winter when I could return. Nöööö. 🥶🥶 So it will be summer 2027, when I will also expect bows!

In the early 80s, I shared a flat with 2 guys and a twin tub washing machine. After 2 months, P washed his sheets. 5 minute wash, then 1 rinse and spin. He hung them to dry, and the were like cardboard. SO HE NEVER PUT THEM BACK ON HIS BED! Never knew till I went in one day. The smell!!!

You would think they might care a little now that is common in Florida, and will likely spread through the warmer states. Now that it is not just to help those worthless people not born in the USA.

I grew up in Australia. Never saw a real tree in someone’s house till I moved to Germany, where fake trees are considered sacrilege at Christmas.

Yeah! Qatar Airlines is pretty good! I do most of my long distance flights with them in Business Class because I am too old to sit in Economy for more than 5 hours!

I love having a nightlight. Sometimes I wake up after a bad dream with the feeling something evil is near me. The nightlight lets me go straight back to sleep!

Yes. My nephew said it is still sweater weather in Adelaide. The climate is now totaly unpredictable ! They were predicting snow for Munich Thursday and Friday, and it has been mild and sunny. I only trust looking out window to see what the weather is doing, but evenbthat could be wrong g in 10 min.
