One of the best noirs imo. Fast paced, no waste, lots of humour, especially between Bogart and Lorre. Add to that a very young Elisha Cook Jr being outsmarted at every turn, but putting in a stellar performance as a baby faced killer. It’s a favourite, can you tell?!

It always makes for an interesting game when the teams are well matched. For the fans though, it makes you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster! I see the 49ers are playing the Titans next week, and the Colts on 23rd. My husband will be on tenterhooks for that game!!

I could watch any film that Joseph Cotten was in. So menacing in Shadow of a Doubt and, if memory serves, such a good guy in Gaslight. I also wondered about the term ‘gaslighting’ having been adopted by younger people in recent years.

Likewise! But I can’t pretend to know much about the game. I’m not sure of the rules, and can’t predict the plays, but I certainly enjoy watching it. Funnily enough I never watch English soccer !!

Yes, I’ve never seen the Bills play so badly this season. JA looked exhausted, and James Cook was shut down so easily. I couldn’t believe my eyes!

I’m very envious as I didn’t get the chance to catch any of the performances this year. However, I did have the pleasure of seeing Rumer a couple of years ago in a small village hall, which was just amazing. I even heard the sound check, as I was loitering outside the hall in the afternoon!! 😊

I’m not sure really! I first saw the Bills in 2015, playing the Jaguars in London, and they really impressed me. Stadium was packed, but of course a lot of the Bills Mafia had flown over from the USA. Lot of people seem to like the Dolphins over here. Didn’t perform well against the Colts though!
