9: Sector wisdom... a lot of what I call the old guard have left or are leaving the sector.
Why? Wha can we learn from them before they leave? What wisdom can they share to enrich the sector now?

8: Leadership development is huge. Many courses do not adequately prepare you. The average age of leaders is getting lower & lower, with some leaders respectfully hugely out of their depth. A really precise programme of CPD that goes beyond a narrow lens of research is needed.
