I was a skeptical kid - we didn't have a fireplace in my house - so I figured out very early that Santa wasn't real - but I pretended to believe for years because my parents seemed into it - and they gave me presents - I figure lots of very young kids already know the truth about Santa

Yes we have a PO Box but that is not the same as having the ability to have a package delivered to your home and there are companies ( for example Apple) that ship by USPS but do not ship to PO boxes so we can't get Apple shipments

UPS, FedEx and all other couriers already deliver packages to our addresses - the only one that doesn't is USPS. These are not far flung addresses - the businesses in the town center don't get USPS delivery.

As a newer US citizen I am baffled that it is legal to have overtly partisan maps. It doesn't have to be this way.

USPS doesn't deliver to addresses in my town, but UPS does. I live in a mountain town within 2 miles of the post office on paved roads - our addresses are not even in the USPS database. I get a free PO box but if a shipper uses USPS but won't deliver to PO boxes I can't get the delivery.

USPS does not deliver to addresses in my town but UPS and FedEx do. There are millions of addresses in the US that are only served by the Post Office - and many of them are in towns and not that rural.

In my town USPS does not deliver the last mile all mail goes to PO boxes in the Post Office. Fedex, UPS deliver the last mile to our actual homes and businesses. There are millions of US addresses not served by USPS - we hate it when a shipper uses USPS - that means a trip to the Post Office.

I love putting more $'s into the oil companies pockets and pushing more CO2 into the air - give me those low mileage options like I have money to burn. Doesn't everyone want this?

My friend is a veteran from the Iraq war - he has the day off today - to recognize and show gratitude for his service - taking this day away from living veterans is callous and another example of the casual cruelty of this administration
