I mean I get it, but...no
Never been any good evidence that coffee worsens AF, and plenty (observational) over the years it was neutral to beneficial. Mildly worsens isolated ectopy and some SVT's though probably not significantly
can't remember ever telling pt couldn't have coffee in > 20 yrs

I mean I get it, but...no

The big problem I have is I can't get them off it after the MI

was very surprised by data showing no link, but honestly didn't read the studies (just titles, lol)
Also do gen cards, and see a lot of "resistant" HTN in TRT
I'm ok with it if it gets T leves back to low-normal. But 60 yo aren't supposed to have same T level as 18 yo

does not make ethical sense. How about starting with comparing directly *against* spiro rather than placebo?
but ain't no one got the cojones for that
(ok found one trial, which showed no major difference except in androgen-related AE's)
