I mean I get it, but...no

Never been any good evidence that coffee worsens AF, and plenty (observational) over the years it was neutral to beneficial. Mildly worsens isolated ectopy and some SVT's though probably not significantly

can't remember ever telling pt couldn't have coffee in > 20 yrs

The big problem I have is I can't get them off it after the MI

Just like the stims with "POTS"

Also IC, and I see this too

was very surprised by data showing no link, but honestly didn't read the studies (just titles, lol)

Also do gen cards, and see a lot of "resistant" HTN in TRT

I'm ok with it if it gets T leves back to low-normal. But 60 yo aren't supposed to have same T level as 18 yo

does not make ethical sense. How about starting with comparing directly *against* spiro rather than placebo?

but ain't no one got the cojones for that

(ok found one trial, which showed no major difference except in androgen-related AE's)

Please just make the UI distinguishing between (non-mychart) messages that will be saved as documentation vs inter-staff messaging much clearer

Are you sure it's you?

It's a hard effing job

I've been doing this long enough, I'm going to cut back a bit soon. We'll see if it's enough

A little less. There is a preseason weigh in and maximum that can be lost from that

But it’s still done for sure

not the early 80’s

But Blair Witch Project has to be up there in this group. Like originally $30k budget grossed $250 mil

I hated it though

Early 80’s I’m thinking Buckaroo Banzai which was kind of the opposite

Not at all saying correlation is causation, but sadly his prognosis likely directly correlates with ours

There’s a little evidence colchicine can help prevent Afib. Why not VF too?

Vaguely thought I heard he had an ICD, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility
