It's local Simon (5 mins away) so when it stops raining I'll pop back and see if there are any more surviving.

Simon - It was thought to be a rare variation of a Spangled Waxcap - first record in Worcestershire but without DNA nobody was prepared to record that! I left it in place and sequencing is beyond my knowledge - I just take their pics - I know very little about fungi but the colours caught my eye!
