That’s exactly how I remember most older women on my estate in Doncaster when I was five years old back in 1965. Many of them were already widows by their ‘50’s.

I remember snowfall like that most winters in the U.K. growing up in the 60’s and 70’s. It’s a rarity here nowadays.

I saw them on the Green tour and the setlist is a thing of wonder. This combined with an incendiary support set from the Blue Aeroplanes made it one of my favourite gigs.
