He worked for the VA, my dad was in and out of VA facilities all his life, he died in one. Pretti is Aces High With Me. Maybe the facilities were run down, but the people who took care of my dad were persons of the highest moral character and ability...not a bum in the bunch.

Its a settled matter of US Jurisprudence that "I was only following orders" IS insufficient to ward off prosecution. So yes there is such a thing as "unlawful orders".
