Peak Midge season in Lakewood, Ohio. They are not Canadian Soldiers (those are later season Mayflies). And they buzz so loudly you hear their distinct tone inside or out. #LakeErie

Quite the bird haul in our yard this AM including seven warbler varieties (but not the quiet Scarlett Tanager pair I spotted). Pays to be a stop before crossing Lake Erie.
