I don't think he is going to take that big of a dump on the constitution, since Musk was born in South Africa, but he might change a few words, "presidents can be reelected forever" , that's what usually puny dictators around the world do to their countries constitutions

The only difference is that the Russians know they are not free, while Americans still think they have freedoms, but yea same system, surprise he haven't change the constitution for presidents to be reelected forever like all puny dictators around the world love doing
