Cost modifiers shouldn't count for Maleketh. Currently, playing zabu then maleketh can pull a 4 cost

I think the bug is around cost modifiers. If a 6 cost card has its cost changed to 1,2 or 3, (say with Pixie, or zabu with 4 cost cards) then Maleketh can pull it from the deck
