I’d be concerned about precocious puberty, as 7 IS young. Many parents aren’t aware of this condition, but if left undiagnosed, it can ca child’s bones will fuse prematurely leading to very short stature as an adult.
In the meantime, remind him to wash with soap and teach him how use deodorant.
