I think what I'm looking forward to the most with finishing the next batch of characters is just having more to work with so I don't get burned out so easily on how to continue the same scene for so long....
3/9 core characters finished all the others are at least 75% done... Getting so close <3

In other news I thought I fixed my mouse. Took it apart, cleaned everything, even took apart the switches and polished the corrosion/buildup off the contacts. But I somehow messed up the left mouse button and it's still double clicking. It's so frustrating XD So close but so far from perfect

Gotta love days where my ADHD meds help me focus but do nothing for the energy and executive dysfunction.. now instead of noise I can just hear my internal monologue screaming "DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE" and my body screaming back
"NOPE! ONLY SUFFER"

Diagnosed with EBV reactivation... It's somewhat relieving to learn that my recent extreme fatigue and illness are temporary but frustrating that this is like the third time in the past few years that it has reactivated T_T
It's also kinda nice to have proof to my brain that I'm not just lazy

So I just discovered that my old backup mouse, a wireless Logitech G602 causes insane microstutter in several games but only when in performance mode. switching it to efficiency mode goes back to smooth 144hz. I am at a loss of what to do with this information..IT'S A MOUSE. how wide spread is this?

I've been chasing a blender crash related to rendering multiple viewlayer passes for almost a week now..I've tried everything from restructuring shaders to separating it into more passes to try and lower the load...
It was Nvidia overlay the whole time... Disabled it and the crash has disappeared

This whole, Getting COVID like twice a year thing is getting so old... I would get my shots for it but there is always the question "Have you had covid in the past 90 days" Or the other pharmacy asks if I've had it in the past 6 months. and then they recommend not getting it and insurance won't pay

Dealing with the laser in my mouse dying... Struggling with what to do about replacing it. I've come to be too comfortable with it's layout to find out that almost noone else makes a mouse with an index finger button... One has terrible quality control the other has terrible latency. Super excited. I have 3 characters almost done for the big comic. and every character is at least 50% done. One only needs to be painted and most of them are pre weighted for rigging. **Squee** this might actually happen! Everything is finally falling into place now that I have all the skills I need

Looking at the lighting from page 19 and page 20 side by side for the first time and I can't believe how much better everything looks. it was so worth the time it took to remaster everything.

going to be posting new public pages here tonight. but a warning. Page 20 is the first new page in post remaster so there is a bit of a quality/style change. The colors now are much richer and less washed out and I'm much more happy with it.

Why does it feel like every time my burnout starts to lift something else entirely outside of my control explodes and messes up more of my life **Sigh** I really want to be getting back to art but I just feel so impossibly tired T_T
