WHEN I left the gym at Onelife Fitness Commerce a bit ago, I’d joined in the Open House wheel spin trial—I was the ONLY person who’d done a COMBO, Squats & Burpees. Each trial is 60 seconds. I’s representing the over 60 crowd! (I was full after lunch. And that’s after yard work awhile this AM.) 😎😳😂
