That pretty much brings me right back to a personal website all over again. That, with a newsletter, Patreon and social media is the supposed trinity to engagement. Just have to put in the work. Once again… the problem is me. lol

Yeah, the Zuckerberg thing is a tricky one for me. Facebook literally has billions of active monthly users, and remains the top platform - no matter what the kids say about boomers being on it. Hahah!

That’s the question, isn’t it? What would make this feel more like a place I could invest in? Not sure. I guess the problem is really with ME, I need to engage more and build myself up. Not just here, but everywhere. Maybe that’s it. Maybe I shouldn’t be looking for *one platform*

Writing stories with *melting arcs* so there is some resolution to small things, but not the main thing. Melting ice cubes instead of icebergs.

Yeah, the “new things” are hard to break through. I’m working on an idea now that is just crazy and absurd and I’m hoping that helps.

Yeah, the “noise” is deafening. I have no idea how anyone can traction in today’s industry. Some do, tho. But nobody can explain why some do and some don’t. A tale old as time.
