Met this cat trying to get into the local shop, so picked it up and held it in my arms for a while. People were saying, "oh it's your cat then?"

Me: "no, I don't know them, just trying to be friendly."

The shop owners gave them a bag of Dreamies and asked me to take them home.

As the Home Secretary announces changes to the treatment of asylum seekers & refugees, I wanted to write to you & urge you to oppose these changes in the strongest manner possible. As a 'Diffian yourself, you know only too well how valuable immigration has been in building this great city of ours. It's not an exaggeration to say that without it, Cardiff would not exist, certainly not in the form it takes today. With that in mind, I hope that you will take every opportunity as our representative in Parliament to oppose these draconian changes to how we as a country treat those coming here to seek refuge & those that wish to settle & build a life here; changes that fly in the face of the European Convention on Human Rights that the UK was instrumental in devising.
