I think about Susan Watkins every morning. When I overhauled my personal care / fitness / etc. a few years ago, one of the first changes was what I eat. As part of that, each morning I make a breakfast including an egg white scramble, a (some would say large) bowl of fruit, and some rotating starch.

More non-work... A few weeks ago during our "fall break" I competed in the World Triathlon Championships Aquabike (triathlon without the run), finishing 9th in my age group, and first US finisher. Great swim, weird bike course. Pleased with my effort. triathlon.org/results/resu...
