Twenty years ago, back in my Texas days, I traveled to Arkansas to depose several plaintiffs. The plaintiff’s counsel neglected to schedule a conference room for the depositions so they all took place in his hotel room. Plaintiff, plaintiff’s counsel, multiple defense attorneys, and the reporter.

Just spent a moment or two Googling to see if the commercial might exist online. I could not locate it, but perhaps that is best.

I meant to watch this last night now that it is streaming on Netflix but time is a flat circle and I simply was not able to do it.

Circa 1994/1995, one of the local radio stations in Austin (KLBJ) aired an obnoxious and ridiculous television commercial featuring "Spoon Man" as its soundtrack. I still shudder in horror when I hear the song as it takes me back to that time. Alas. @signalwatch.bsky.social will remember this, too.
