Mom’s: loaf of white bread (broken up night before to dry out), stick of salted butter (melted), medium onion diced, celery flakes (not salt), sage, poultry seasoning, Accent seasoning (not a lot), salt, pepper. For big groups, I double the bread, large onion and 2 sticks of butter.

I read that the town has a total population of 11K. This will be devastating for them. Oh, yes, and the employees will probably receive 2 week’s severance, if they’re lucky.
