HRD condemn the #puhsback of at least 80 #Syrians by #Cyprus which has already been condemned by the ECtHR for violating the principle of non-refoulement. Cyprus' unlawful practices let to a deadly #shipwreck where 3 people died & at least 16 people are missing. This must end NOW!
