He was getting out muscled behind the net quite a bit. His tenacity and stick work are exemplary though. Be interesting to see how he puts it together this year if left in the NHL.

With Tippett moving into his prime mid/later 20s. My feeling is the years of development are over. He is slotted and paid appropriately. And expectations need to be tempered. 4 years with lack of center depth has also not been helpful.

Yet there is no system that takes into account the fans. Grew up with season tix to the Flyers at the Spectrum. Just a whole mix of folk. Now it it dudes in golf vests hitting up the speakeasy under the stadium while my last row seat (upper deck) is $75. Only way to justify is sneaking in my booze.
