The other big lesson is 'know your tools'.

If you are using tools (like a website) to do something important (like publish a sensitive document) you need to know what those tools can and cannot reliably do. You don't need to know everything about how they work but you should know their limits.

The main lesson I'm taking from this is that your risk landscape changes over time.

That important decision you made years ago might have been the right choice at the time but you should review it every now and then.

(I'm aware it's a lot easier to write that than it is to make it happen.)

Kudos to the investigation team for publishing their findings so soon after the event.

It's a banger. It's from this 1981 Ze Records compilation which also features Things Fall Apart by Cristina - another banger.

Oh no! Hiyacar is a decent alternative to Zipcar, but the fact they emailed me recently with a crowdfunding campaign does not inspire confidence.

Large chains are also in the position of being able to mandate policy changes to their branches. The NHS approach is usually more like "we recommend x or y but you can also choose to do z."

This is one of the songs in my daughter's Christmas performance so I fear that would mean a LOT of mulled wine between now and Christmas Day.

What did you decide? I am going to the matinee Tortoise gig on Saturday. I am also going to be watching the Ashes in the wee hours if you want to join me.

Appreciate the feedback, Robin. I work on the NHS App, which is heavily reliant on NHS login, however NHS login is a separate service.

I know that team would welcome your feedback if you'd like to send it to them: help.login.nhs.uk/contact

The NHS login Help centre is where you can find helpful information, guidance, and support for issues with NHS login.
