This is what I would like from MLS on Apple...two dedicated cameras one for a player on each side that tracks a specified player (probably the 10), and not just the ball.
i'm convinced that if, on a saturday night, you forced an adult who'd never kicked a ball with their feet before to watch an hour comp of messi's off-ball movement, they'd score a brace the next morning in sunday league

In MLS Next Pro, Red Bulls II get a tie and lose the shootout, so City2's lead for best record overall is 5 points with two games to play. Any combination of points won by City2 or lost by NYRB II that adds up to 2 will give City2 home field throughout the playoffs

From PRO's review: Joyner was running in a straight line, the player cut in front of him, and while there was contact, it "was incidental. This did not rise to the level of a clear and obvious error, and an on-field review should not have been recommended."

Exactly! If Joyner had taken a cheap devious dramatic dive instead, would the Vancouver player be responsible for clipping him (Joyner) in the knee? #allforcity
So a referee I follow on tiktok posted this review of the two penalties awarded during the #ALLforCity game. Better analysis than anyone I’ve seen on the MLS payroll.

For what it's worth. We wanted to submit a question to the referee about the penalty. But it is all electronically and has to be done ten minutes before the game ends.
Guess last-minute penalty decisions are not part of MLS's equation.
