That first 164 pages and the forwards, and appendix saved my life, the stories helped me know regardless, the situations there is a sober way through. As a Canadian, Looking at the situation in the states, I can't see how any of Trumps plans are going to make things better for anyone other than the rich.

I quit coffee 4 years ago. It wasn't a fun experience. Took the best part of 3 months to my system back to a 'normal' state. Now, if I order a Decaf, which is horrid, I make sure to watch and be sure they do serve me Decaf, because normal coffee, that will cause some issues.

Watching the political situation in the states, as a Canadian, is alarming. We have our problems here for sure, but I'd like to believe that a leader of any of the parties had a history like Trump, they would get rid of them, very fast.
