Maybe that’s an oversimplification of it, but I think you’re right that building the brand isn’t as easy as just having more money.

I doubt it would be SMU style, though I’m sure there’s an approach there. It would likely have to just be based on results on the field and building the brand that way. All the behind the scenes stuff helps create a foundation but IMO it’ll largely depend on what’s done on the field.
