I am obsessed with variations on a breakfast casserole/frittata type thing to make ahead and have on hand. This is the thanksgiving morning iteration. I have another one planned for tomorrow. Egg, spinach, cheddar, breakfast sausage, tater tots. 🍽️

If your #frenchie is a #rescue give them a shout out here. You don’t have to pay thousands of dollars and encourage the destruction of the breed. You can get them on pet finder, from rescues, like FBRN. Same goes for tons of other breeds, there are many breed specific rescues.

This little man’s was so excited for our new used car that lasted a week before it went into the shop 😢 Avoid Mackey Automotive in Round Lake NY. Despite a 90 day warranty that states the starter is covered they have been avoiding me.
