ok apparently they decided not to touch the Russian assets after all (funnily enough Belgium was on board but others had concerns now), BUT they instead agreed to a COMMON EU LOAN to give Ukraine €90bn?
It sucks we're not looting Russia but that precedent is if anything even better long-term
