I recently returned from AZ, where Coloradoans can go for a little Thanksgiving vacation to pretend not winter. Now there’s 6” of ❄️ in FoCo. It is a bit refreshing though. While it was snowing I went to the bakery & shoveled the walkway. I was ready to get. shit. done. Now I hide under a blanket.

Every time I open the pdf of an instrument manual I wrote, Acrobat suggests that I let it generate an AI summary so that I don’t have to read this “long document” 😭

East by Meera Sodha is really good, but I wouldn’t describe the recipes as quick or easy. (I’m not particularly enthusiastic about cooking, though.) For quicker, easier recipes, I like Hungry Student Vegetarian.
