This man assaulted my sister. She is an EMT on her way to wrk and stopped to help his GF after he beat her up. Sis called the cops from her car and he punched her through her window 2x. It took the cops 2wks to arrest him. If he were a POC, he would have been arrested that day. Tell me I’m wrong.
