I love all seasons. But I can't wait to get back to summer and Lake Michigan. These waves were so mesmerizing; I sat and soaked it in for an hour. Lucky me!

Where's your favorite place to watch the waves?

Looking for more of this.

Found this graffiti in Montevideo, Uruguay—one of the most liberal countries on the planet. Where divorce became legal in 1913, women got to vote in 1938, abortion is legal and the country is secular (well, they do consider futbol a religion 🤣).

You're all familiar with the clafoutis.

Well, it's autumn so you need to make an apple or pear flognarde - “the amiable flognarde, the humble sister of the clafoutis”!

The evening of this fall sunset was so joyful: people walking their dogs, a beach bonfire for a group of laughing teens, and the perfect perch for me on a weathered driftwood log.

I love holding these memories, both sights and sounds, during winter (both the nature type and the soul type).
